Lately I've been liking Word Riot's poetry more than it's prose. This month's issue is up.
I like Mila Arz's first poem:

I'm supposed to be studying for an oral retake of a british lit exam, in which the entire class failed the first test. I've been reading Chaucer and Spenser aloud for hours and eating unsalted almonds and taking walks around my apartment building. I feel like I am "comprehending" things, but this professor is an asshole. I picked up my phone during class on Friday to check the time and he stopped class to tell me how disrespectful I was being. He pointed at me, said my name and reprimanded me for two or three minutes. I didn't say anything back. I wish I was more ballsy, could have called him a cuntsucker or any number of things I was thinking. At least the term is over on friday.

I have things at elimae:

The entire issue is great.
Blake Butler's "Do Not Look into the Mother's Head"
http://www.elimae.com/2008/June/Look.html
Friend Julio Froberg has a thing too:

Sean Ruane, a great american or something, wrote this:

If I was going to link everything in the issue that I liked, I would link almost everything. So just go here: http://www.elimae.com/new.html
