BLACK WARRIOR REVIEW
Eight Annual BWR Contest
With judges, Mary Caponegro (Fiction/Prose), Sabrina Orah Mark (Poetry), and Maggie Nelson (Nonfiction)
Winners in each genre receive a $1,000 prize and publication in BWR 39.2, our Spring/Summer 2013 issue. Finalists receive notation in that issue and are considered for publication.

watermelon
It's summer! I have time to do things again!
An excerpt of poisonhorse, which is forthcoming from Nephew is at Everyday Genius.
Lots of snippets of the untitled novel-thing I'm working on forthcoming at several places, which is nice.
Going into production for the upcoming issue of Black Warrior Review.
Here's a thing I'm doing this summer: Huzzah.
Otherwise, I just want a summer of reading and air conditioning and watermelon.
